KONVVER is designed to assist users in generating financial reports from CSV or other file formats for tax preparation purposes. By registering, you confirm that you will use the platform solely for lawful purposes and within the limits set by these terms.

2. Account Registration and Security:

Users are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. KONVVER is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the mishandling of your login data.

3. Free Use and Subscriptions:

The free plan allows for the processing of one CSV file to test the platform. Paid plans start at $39, depending on the volume of transactions processed. All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4. Limitation of Liability:

KONVVER is not responsible for errors or misinterpretations arising from the generated reports. It is your responsibility to ensure the reports meet your specific tax preparation requirements.

5. Intellectual Property:

All rights to KONVVER’s software, design, logos, and content are protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

6. Service Modifications:

KONVVER reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time. We will notify you in advance if changes significantly impact your use of the service.

7. Account Cancellation:

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if we detect violations of these terms, fraudulent activities, or misuse of the platform.

8. Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable state.
